Summerview

I've been living here for over two years and I really like it. The service is good. The accommodation is comfortable. It's possible to have more than two pets. And the people around are very friendly. And in our office, you can always enjoy delicious coffee and a pleasant conversation with the managers.

My fiancé and I have loved living at Summerview for the past 4 years. It is a quiet community in an amazing location. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, and activities but still offers a more residential feel with a park nearby and wide biking and walking trails. We have had very few issues while living here, but maintenance and management were very helpful and responsive when the occasional thing popped up. I highly recommend Summerview for anyone that is looking to live in the Polaris area.

I have been staying here for 3 year and i love the area and apartments here. Summer view is under new company which is champion now. At first when they came they were giving out lots of bonus for renewal of lease but now for two years only rent is increasing. They say that if you have any query or concerns about your lease come talk to us but even if you go there will be no offer for those who is already living here for so long. They will compare lease with other communities and then they say ours is the lowest. I never asked them about other communities I only want to ask if we can get the same rent for our apartment in next lease as my rent was increased or if I can get some bonus. I don't wanna leave this apartment as I said I love this area but next year I am going to find another apa

Management is great. They are attentive, warm, acknowledge issues and help you until resolution. They host little celebrations and offer prizes thoughout the year. The maintenance guys are pretty great too.In addition, free Starbucks drinks is a huge bonus! Overall a great community!

I’ve been living at Summer View Apartments, managed by Champion Companies, for a little over three years now, and it has truly been an amazing experience. From the very beginning, the staff has made me feel at home. Whether it was Sarah, Reagan, Aiden, or any of the other wonderful team members I’ve had the pleasure of meeting over the years, their professionalism and kindness have always stood out. The team works hard to maintain the neighborhood in an effort to make it feel more like a community. They also go the extra mile by hosting fun raffles, light community events, and giveaways that truly bring everyone together. Their efforts and thoughtful touches have created a welcoming and comfortable environment that makes Summer View feel like home to me. I highly recommend Summer View Ap
