Summertree Apartments

this place was great to live in for a year until, they changed companies. the company are unreliable and very inconsistent with answering. on top of it, they didn’t have our apartment cleaned before we moved in. there was mold in our ac and heaters. there was cracks in our walls, and ceilings. the carpet was not brand new. everything kept breaking in our house and not fixed properly. our microwave broke 6 times and took us 6 times to get a new microwave. we moved out this year, and they said they would give us our deposit back, they have not in over 90 days. been calling and emailing and no response. i suggest not to live there.

I had lived here my whole life kindergarten-5th grade. My dad and I had lived in section 5 corner apartment. The management wasn't the sweetest to renters of the building but, she was always sweet to my friends and I. Other than that, I really enjoyed living here because this is basically where I grew up. Since then I have moved to Avon Lake and still miss this place very much. If u can deal with the management, I would suggest moving here. Although, we lived here when rent was a little cheaper.

You do not want to live here, the apartment is being ran to the ground. There is no leasing manager on site. The management does not clean up the property. There is furniture thrown behind the dumpster and clothes. The laundry rooms are dirty, never cleaned. Instead of being in touch with the residents they never come to the property they choose to do everything over the internet, anybody who says this is a great place to live must have lived here before Brick and Morter took over, there have been numerous concerns by residents, and no one answers our concerns, there are a lot better apartments to live in Mentor, Not Here.

The absolute worse apartment Manager I ever spoke to. She is very rude , refused to listen and if I owned these apartments I would get rid of her.! I would not move there EVER I dont care what they offered. She first said I couldn't move in because I didn't have enough income and I tried nicely to explain that it wasn't the only income and they didn't have anywhere to add additional income and she talked over me saying yea yea so when do you need to move I said Feb 1 , her response was well thats not going to happen, like who talks to people like this? I still tried to be nice and she was still rude so yes I gave her the return attitude because I dont care who you are you do not talk to people like that and ESPECIALLY if you are a so called apartment manager. I am looking for an apartment, and I just have to say how sickening these responses are from the owner. There are many one star reviews, and the owner has excuses for all. How about the owner fire the manager who is disrespectful to applicants and residents? How about the owner saying sorry instead of making excuses? I'm so tired of this. Definitely will not be applying to live here. I hope others feel the same way. Enough already.
