Summertime Apartments

I just moved from here and I was not pleased with the unit nor the environment. The units have bugs and the spraying that they are doing is not working. There are cats running around everywhere. Mold is in there and no proper ventilation Alyssa Ingram has been trying to get money from me saying to have a past due balance when I never did. And she doesn’t even work at the office, she just comes in when Sherry has to do stuff. I always paid my rent before it was due and put a little extra in there. They are unprofessional and disrespectful people. Sherry Odom has her ways but there is room for improvement. The maintenance man Jeff does a lot and he deserves better. They blocked my number and I found it funny when I had to give them back the keys to the unit and mailbox. Think twice before yo

Update on 14 August 2025: I am still waiting on my refunded security deposit and prorated month of July’s rent although I have been told by multiple people that it was “processed on 31 July” Spoke to the regional manager on Monday 11 August and was told that “five people are working on it and we just changed systems, your situation is unique, trying to figure out how to overnight it” ETC. ETC. I have never heard of a refund taking this long, I didn’t delay to pay to move in. Seriously, this is all funny business and considering getting an attorney involved very soon. When i first moved here, the management was exceptional, cared about the community.. Kinda made all the bs worth it. She Would leave little gifts on our doors occasionally, she would bring the complex community together to the best of her ability, they were simple gestures(some were more complex than others) but it was the thought that counted, as there are NO amenities(Literally none) the washers and dryers suck, go to The Wash House, save your quarters they don’t even have warm/hot water for them dryers are absolute BOOBOO. I lived here for the past year and a half, and I am extremely pleased with the experience. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to anything you need. The people within these apartments are a community that look after one another and It’s only a 10 minute drive to post. I highly recommend living here.
