Summerset Landing

The area has no security set up, tenants rely on their personal security devices and alarm systems. The apartment has not gates and there have been several attempts to assault with guns, theft and more, just in the last couple months. Neighbors are friendly and maintenance do their best with what they have but unfortunately a non-gated complex is an easy target for criminals and administration doesn't care nor is ever present!

They cheat you out of your HOA fee and add bogus fines to your account if you are not careful. They do not send you a computer generated coupon for your monthly HOA fee and the fees are sent to their office instead of a bank and at the end of the year they send you a fake statement saying that you owe them money. For some odd reason my AC unit on the rooftop was knocked down twice and had to have it repaired and lately I have seen graffiti on the wall of the building which may be signs of gang activity. While back the security guard told me not come to check on my unit without a pepper spray and also told me he was shot in back of his head twice. There were rumors that HOA was steeling money and I do not doubt that. Management are bunch of con artist led by a cheating and

En verdad no se por que tienen que existir estos apartamentos no tienen seguridad ni nada otra hay muchos parqueos solos para visitor y cuando quiere registrarlo dice que parqueo denegado vivo aquí pero en verdad estos apartamentos son un asco no se los recomiendo para nada
