Summers Landing Apartments

I absolutely love living at Summers Landing, I will be renewing with them again! The amenities are amazing, and the location is perfect—close to everything I could need. The staff, especially Carlos and Veronica, have been exceptional. Besides that, it’s great!

Wire fence thorns spine like steel bars a heart like concrete, L b f, H b m, R b A. U no how I was living, and was dieing for, 16yrs and from then till now, I will not hesitate to do it again.

Veronica was very professional and informed. I look forward to my move in. The complex is far away from the highway with peace and quite**(only when air planes arent blasting over head, day and night). The units are maintained and washer and dryer is even included in all units (inconvenient if you have you own) ! That's going to be massive win for some people.

I lived at Summers Landing for over a year and a half. In my time living there my brand new car was wrongfully towed after an employee failed to update my new car info I had sent them. I could not recommend these apartments less. In addition to minimal amenities, no security, and un-homed individuals rummaging the trash cans late at night, the foundation is also in horrible shape. At first my apartment seemed fine then the cracks they spackled over began to show in the heat of summer and grew to become worse over time with new cracks emerging weekly. At one point the weight from the roof (floor of the apartment above me) was weighing down so hard I couldn't even open my back door. I made MULTIPLE requests for someone to fix the issues but they were all ignored until my fourth request where

I recently moved in and I just love my apartment and the community! Veronica is so helpful and always makes you feel welcome!!
