Summerly Community

Hello I have been a resident of Summerly for over 10 years and I absolutely love the community, however I have a neighboring household residing adjacent to me that host private " swap meets" / yard sale EVERY weekend. Additionally, they have the audacity to place a sign in the "middle" of the street , and a slew of parked vehicle on the corner making it difficulty to maneuver pass the congestion...Amazing how some people take complete ownership, and lack consideration! In accordance to the City of Lake Elsinore there is a limit on garage / yard sales hosted per month ,per household. This particular household is in violation, and continue to do so without consequences. I do not harbor a sense of resentment toward anyone making a honest living, but please be considerate and mindful of

They closed down the pool and jacuzzi for months to rebuild and when they finished I took a look at the jacuzzi and the jets that are supposed to massage different parts of your body are only placed about a few inches above the seat only massaging one area. What a poor design. You would think they would know what they are doing but apparently not. Waisted our money. Also it’s not heated enough. Should be about 102’ but more like 90’.

Everything is good but the fire pit at the sunset park doesn't work

$100+ water bill from evmwd takes away from this lovely community. also the occasional homeless people lurking the streets. as resident of this community I hope that gates are installed and that we change water companies. Also idk if its the sewage system or the body of water near the community but it has been stinking a lot lately.

Very impressive! Summerly is a friendly, family oriented exclusive community. Equipped with countless opportunities for all levels of fitness , relaxation, or activity preferences. Very peaceful, however, trash is everywhere on trails. Dog waste left behind on sidewalks. We can fill our bags over and over; its great to pick up for the community. BUT sometimes we want to just enjoy the walk, enjoy the view and admire the beauty without the trash accumulated in brushed, plants, and drains. Also, we have noticed several lids off of sewer and electrical systems unattended. NOT SAFE for children or other wild critters. We hope this reaches others and encourages to be mindful for others. I try to posted pictures for you, but the community wont allow for it. 🤷‍♀️ YHWH bless you all🙏 ❤
