I hired Zachary Smith to inspect my new home and he was great! I had been in the construction industry for many years and I was incredibly impressed at the depth of his knowledge of inspecting and general home construction. Zachary walked me through the whole report. He not only answered all my questions and gave me a great report with photos but he helped answer questions about a future remodel.
