She was extremely professional, patient, and always available to answer my questions and provide updates. Jennifer made everything smooth and stress-free, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. I live here and it's terrible. Management sucks The reviews are fake and they will definitely break into your car here. Security is ok and maintenance does what they can with what they have but they are spread thin.Yeah not one camera in the parking lot that would actually deter crime and the trash situation we'll see for yourself. I got a letter right after I posted this.6/16/25. Let me just say if it's not one thing it's another here. On a positive note the cops are always here so they're around when you need them. lately this place has been getting treated like a literal dump random vehicles will come in and dump their large garbage like mattresses and dressers pretty much wherever they want. I hope it gets better.

We went on an apartment tour with Selena and she definitely did a great job selling the apartment. But I have to give the MVP award Joseline she did amazing job providing teamwork with Selena making sure our application went through answering all my calls provide me accurate feedback and answers and never gave me false hope she actually did a wonderful job helping me get what I need to go provide to them. Thank you so much Joseline for helping us be part of your community. We love the apartment

The apartment was decent, but the management during move-out was disappointing. I scheduled to be present for the final inspection, even took a day off work, but no one informed me it was canceled due to an emergency. Then I was charged for pre-existing issues I could have clarified had I been allowed to attend. Very unprofessional communication and handling of the security deposit. I edited my review because I tried to contact them by email, but it appears to be just a scam. It seems like they only show others that they care about resolving these kinds of issues, but in reality, they do nothing.

I took a tour for a 2 bedroom with Selena a few weeks ago and it went very well. She was very specific and detailed from how many outlets in the kitchen to recommending different ways to furnish the apartment, which was so sweet. I was definitely interested in the complex and decided I wanted to proceed with an application unfortunately, I overqualified which i don’t understand too well. But as Selena explained it’s because of the complex being tax credit besides that I did want to give selena the recognition because of her efforts and how smooth everything was going, it felt very easy and smooth thank you again !!
