Summerlake Apartments

The apartments are well kept as well as the grounds they are on. The buildings lie along a lake that is teaming with wildlife. Felicia and Ingrid were extremely helpful in the process of securing the apartment and happily answered all of the many questions I had. I couldn’t be happier!

It truly feels like a welcoming and peaceful community. A big shoutout to Ingrid and Ms. Jones for their outstanding work. They are incredibly kind, professional, and efficient in handling any questions or concerns. Whether it's ensuring maintenance requests are addressed promptly or simply greeting you with a smile, they go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and at home. Over 5 years ago in 2020 I signed up to be on the waiting list and I was told upfront that I was next on the waiting list. I haven't received a phone call at all. Every time I contact them, they say there's no availability and this has been for the past 5 years. So it's a 5+ years waiting list. I called years later to make sure I was still next on the wait list and to make sure I wasn't being skipped. The lady on the phone told me that apparently they can't tell me whether I am next on the waiting list, or not. Yet I was told right when I signed up in person that I was next on the wait list.

Over the past 5 years under new management. The gates been a big help with keeping traffic down. The Management staff they are wonderful, if one is currently with a resident There is always another staff present to greet you soon as you walk in the door. Always Professional and accommodate the residence at the time being, there’s never a long wait. The property is kept clean and work orders are handle with in 24 hours or the same day.
