Summereast Apartments

Me and husband came to summereast looking for informacion. The Property manager Maria greated us, shock our hands , office was super nice smelling good, took us right away to show the units that are aviilable for move in. The cleanest of the property and very well maintained from other properties that we have seen we didn’t wait anymore. We decided to take the unit and we do not regret it. BTY We love our black appliances!!!!!!!

I just moved in yesterday on July 1st and apartment is filthy, roach infested(I found PLENTY of eggs all over the kitchen counter!!), front door is stuck so I have to go out back, there’s a hole in the closet of the 2nd bedroom, just unacceptable move-in conditions. Don’t move here, please reconsider. All they did was did a lousy paint job(also painted my hall closet door shut). Didn’t even clean this apartment before renting it out.

Leasing staff is super friendly and helpful, especially, Mrs. Ashley (property manager). Rent break down is easy to understand if you can read a lease (there’s no random fees added). Parking is great. You’ll see trash occasionally because people lack decency, not the complex fault, but it is picked up fast so you won’t see a mess for long. Overall place is quiet, clean, well maintained, and in a great area.

Apartments are totally redone, it’s very nice to have a new fresh clean apartment to move into! Love that there is no carpet also, it’s all redone floors. Mindy is the best! She helped us all the way and did everything she could and kept us updated about everything. She is very helpful! Very happy in my new apartment.

I've been at this property 3 years and I must say these have changed for the good and bad. We've been through 3 managers and so far I have grown to love Ms. Ashley. She's our newest property manager, who has developed a relationship with all of us as residents. SN: Ms. Ashley WILL KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR ABOUT THE RENT MONEY! So prepare to pay your monies on time. Reedy you did a great job wit this Manager.
