Summer Stone Duplexes

Lived here for 2 and half years. Roaches everywhere they had to come in and constantly spray. There was a water leak behind the wall maintenance never fixed and when I moved out they charged me an absurd amount on the move out because they fixed it after I moved out. Glad to be away from there someone was shot and killed right outside my duplex I could go on forever but all I can say is don't make this your first choice.

I love living here is a great place for families and Joanna is the sweetest proper, property manager we love her!!!

If I could give no stars I would this place is not a good place to live the management is a bad they are disgusting people bad humans can’t be trusted so if you looking for a place I recommend you don’t go here maintenance people hooking up gas tanks wrong Heaters catching fire almost kill my family twice and if you are paying rental insurance and you stay here the rental insurance is for their property not your personal property Atlas Property management is bad I recommend you stay away from them and summer stone duplex and they raise rent every year in the place is a dump

Lived here for 2 years with a 13% increase to rent after the first year and then 17% increase the second with no updates just worse people living next to me at one point had too many cars they block me in... not to mention the music at odd hours of the night and some up until 2am. After them increasing this last time I couldn't afford it and cleaned for 2 weeks and got back half my deposit charging me for carpet... that is only in the bedrooms. Sorry can't recommend.

I've been living here for over a year & 1/2 they have raise rent twice which is expected. Roaches have been around but they do spray regularly. The neighbors play music till all hours of the night and the security doesn't do rounds to stop it. The people near building 1 are always drunk and loud at night even during school days which is crazy cause they always wake my kids up. The office is nice and friendly though, so I guess there is that and maintenance is the best thing about this place they are quick and professional. Would be 4-5 stars but excessive noise at night almost make the place unlivable.
