Summer Park Apartments

So far, my experience with this community has been positive and encouraging. I’ve felt supported, welcomed, and able to grow through meaningful interactions. There’s a strong sense of connection and shared purpose that makes it a valuable space to be part of.

Loving my apartment, the staff in the office are incredibly supportive and helpful. They made the process easy, all of my concerns get handled with care and speed, and they go above and beyond to make sure that you feel comfortable.

DONT NOT MOVE HERE !!! THIS IS THE GHETTO !!! I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET ! i transferred to a new building and the 2nd day there the light in the hallway fell and hit my girlfriend and it took them 2 months to come put a light back up , also during the snow storm my heater went out and they had a attitude because they had to come do their job . . . also had to break myself out my room because they rushed my apartment , & the water bugs are TERRIBLE 😂 0/10 I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND

The place is a dump! AC has gone out twice with both times Maintenance not deeming an emergency even though we have 2 people with heart conditions and 3 people with hypertension under one roof. Pitbulls around the complex with one near me. Nonstop smoking in the hallways, comes through vents. Meanwhile front office continues to do nothing about it. I’ve told them numerous of times! We once asked years ago to move to a 3 bedroom on 1st floor. They promised us a place and gave it to someone else! I’m not sure what happened to this place but it used to be so much better to live at. I’ve lived here for 9+ years now and I’ve witnessed months without management and a revolving door of management going in and out.

I had recently left a review of 2 stars, but this place is so poorly managed that I wanted to warn everyone to beware before considering a lease here. I have never had to deal with so many problems in my life while renting. • The entrance, guest, and exit gate are all consistently left open for weeks at a time • The pet waste station has overflowed 2 times before and now 3 times. Been like this for over a month (pictured) • The trash compactor has been broken and therefore been using drop-off bins for 4 months, and overflowing weekly. (pictured) • A/C repair request has been entered in and “completed” I think 3-4 times now in the past 9 months. It is currently broken and have had a repair request in for a MONTH! I am having to keep doors and windows open to keep the apartment cool, which i
