The staff members are clueless, and Eragon plus even HR isn’t helpful and rude. so when having an issue who could any resident go to ? There have been Good employees before sadly don't work there anymore who were professional and knowledgeable. This new team, when asked a question, responds thinking they know, but don’t have the correct information or give a bs response. I would’ve expected RichMan property would hire knowledgeable staff or put these members currently working in training. They are deeply in need. Especially being a low housing income complex, need a better understanding staff who are ready to help and resolve problems as soon as possible. As well as putting the maintenance group in check when having an order, they fully complete the issues. Overall this apartment complex
