Finally getting settled here at Summer Haven. I’m very grateful for Shaneka and Peggy, when I started my application I had a few things I needed to take care of and they REALLY worked with me. I have started the application process with Summer Haven apartments. Sarah Lord has genuinely helped me throughout the process by giving me accurate information about their qualification process and showing kindness when I made a few errors (whiteout disaster) on my application. Very great customer service!

I put in my work order for caulking on my bathroom counter in the afternoon. The maintenance tech arrived within the hour and accomplished the task. It was done very neatly. Aleisha even went a step further by checking the second bathroom and caulking it as well.
