I met Dori in 2023 through a realtor friend of mine. I needed someone that would and could handle a pregnant solo mom as my husband was stationed overseas for 18 months. Dori not only blew managing my house out the water, she also took on my husband's house as well. When we ran into the unfortunate situation of having to evict one of tenants, Dori took care of EVERYTHING! In 2016, I sold my first home before PCS-ing for fear of managing a home far away BUT if I had known Dori back then, she would have been the person taking care of that home for me. Hindsight is 2020. Mrs Dori has been so understanding and helpful since I’ve been a tenant of one there properties! I went through a hard time soon as I sign the lease I was laid off my job when I called Mrs Dori to tell her she reassured me that they would work with me until I get things back on track it was such a relief because that took a lot of worrying off of me while I focused on another job you don’t find many realty companies that are understanding as they are. I just wanted to give Mrs Dori her flowers for so understanding in my hard times.

Lived a nightmare!!! My experience as a tenant was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Throughout my tenancy, maintenance concerns were poorly handled and responsibility was often shifted onto the tenant for issues related to the age and condition of the property. Upon move-out, I was charged excessive and questionable fees that were not clearly supported by the lease terms, despite my compliance with maintenance instructions and documented proof of doing so. Communication lacked transparency, and attempts to resolve matters professionally were met with resistance rather than cooperation. I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to carefully review their lease, document everything, and be prepared to advocate for themselves. Unfortunately, this was not a positive or fair rent

Summer BREEZE? Yes, it was a breeze working with Dori and Jason. From the day we met, to the day the house closed, every need we had was met. They never made us feel like any question was ridiculous nor any idea we had was outrageous. Dori is very personable and pleasant. Jason is sincere and detail oriented. The perfect match. Dori and Jason are an absolute pleasure to work with, I wasn't sure if I was ready to purchase my first home but after speaking with the Summer Breeze team they really put me at ease. They have such a solid network of contacts for literally everything I needed or had a question about.
