Sugarloaf Walk

Moving into Sugarloaf Walk was such a great experience. Carolina was amazing showing us around the property and helping us pick the floor plan that worked best for us. Even after we applied, she stayed in contact and made sure all of our questions were answered. After we moved in we have a few maintenance request and Daryl was so kind and friendly fixing everything we needed in a timely manner and also speaking so well about the property. So glad you we we picked sugarloaf walk as our home💕

Moved in over 4 years ago and I’m happy to say this is a great community to live in! Great staff in the leasing office along with the fantastic maintenance crew. Everybody is eager and friendly to make the neighborhood feel welcomed. We really look forward to all of the events and meet ups every few weeks! Great spot for families, young adults and professionals that work in the Sugarloaf area.

I have been living at Sugarloaf Walk for over 3 years, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. The leasing office staff is outstanding, especially Ms. Carolina and Ms. Renata. They went above and beyond to help me through the leasing process, making everything smooth, easy, and stress-free. Both are incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I need. Their dedication and excellent customer service truly make Sugarloaf Walk feel like home. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I had an horrible experience renting from sugarloaf walk ! I would not recommend anyone moving here !!! First day I moved in , the toilets weren’t clean. There was urine and mold that had obviously been in the toilet for days and no one flushed it !! Ever since then , things went down hill from there. The washer, was filled with a build up of mold and had an awful odor. Next , I realized the master bathroom vent , and secondary room vent had mold around it . The apartment always felt moist and damp. The AC wasn’t working properly! The bathroom sinks , and toilets had constant black - build up of stuff coming out of it , even after me cleaning. It was gross! Definitely what I’m not use to! The apartment should be checked out thoroughly for mold infestation. This is a health hazard! I’v

I just moved in 4 weeks ago and I absolutely love it here! The leasing office staff and maintenance staff go above and beyond for their residences. They also have a shopping center attached to the complex that includes places like Jinya Ramen Bar, WNB Factory, and even a bakery/coffee shop called White Windmill. This community is very convenient clean and safe
