Sugarloaf Grove Luxury Apartments

We have just moved in to the Sugarloaf Grove apartments, the complex is located in a very convenient location. Really close to the mall, Fitness center, grocery store, Dollar store and the Pharmacy is right across. Especially the local bus route is right there by the back entrance is a plus!. The application and leasing process was not bad at all. The management staff is very friendly and amazing. Ariana at the leasing office went above and beyond from apartment showing till the moving, she did an amazing job with communicating all the necessary requirements and necessary paperwork. Thank you Ariana. Amenities are great, and floor plans are spacious. I highly recommend this place.

I had an excellent experience with the Sugarloaf Grove team, especially Ms. Ariana. From the time I was still in Abu Dhabi until the day I arrived at the apartment, she assisted me tirelessly. She was consistently professional, accommodating, and patient throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions I had, she always responded promptly - whether by phone or email - and made my transition as a new immigrant smooth and stress-free. Her support truly made a difference. My experience was absolutely awful. If I would’ve known that I was going to be denied due to my credit having a collection account and couple late student payments I wouldn’t save my $325 and never applied. It’s a joke!! they charge for application & admin fee just to turn around and denied you talking about they go through a screening company which somehow showed some of my information inaccurate. Overall what a waste of my time and money because I’m trying to move and leasing places makes it hard on you. The property manager needs to find a new job alone with some of the leasing ladies that can be rude and act like they own the apartments. Moving forward I’m just glad I didn’t get approve would’ve regret it in the long run.

Really nice property but I had a tour today that left a lot to desire. I felt no desire from the leasing agent to give us information or encouragement to have us as residents. The entire tour was basically in silent, i went with my friend and they only asked for my name, didn't introduce themselves and basically all the info they gave us was asked by us. Me and my friend actually also work in property management and left extremely disappointed. Even though my friends move in date is in late October, which obviously discouraged the leasing agent, we ended up applying to a different property since we were ready to complete the process today. Its super important for everyone that works in PM to be nice and welcoming, yes we need a home but you also need to have people in your apartments and n
