I’m disappointed with the service. They fixed the tub, but said they would return on Monday to repair the floor and never came back. There was no follow-up or communication. It’s frustrating to be left waiting when you’re told something will be done. I hope they improve their scheduling and communication Update: I previously had some concerns about getting a few maintenance issues fixed, and I did share that feedback earlier. However, I want to acknowledge that the team followed through and resolved everything in a timely manner. The work was completed well, and I appreciate the effort that was made to make things right. I believe that if we’re quick to speak up when something isn’t going well, it’s just as important to recognize when a job is done right. Thank you for addressing the issue

DO NOT LIVE HERE. It is more of a motel than an apartment. Lots of patch work in multiple units. Grout work crumbling fixed with a cheap tube of caulking. Carpet not even glued down to the floor. Holes in the wall patched and painted over haphazardly. Laminate tile peeling off floors. Outdated cabinets that they literally spray paint in the units. Multiple broke down cars trash their lots, and have been reported month after month. Multiple reports of car theft, break ins, with zero cameras to protect tenants. This place doesn't care passed you paying your rent. Management has used AI to inflate their reviews, as simply verifying the accounts leaving 5 stars shows bot accounts not connected to an tenant. They send hateful emails to all tenants, and do not respect your privacy. Edited not

Mostly good experience but don’t agree with it not being a smoke free facility. My first three months in my apartment were horrible because the man that lived behind me was a chainsmokers, and had lived there for a lot of years. They did make it right and moved me but still, it was pretty rough on my asthma and my clothes and furniture all smelled like smoke for months.

My experience at Sugarberry Apartments is very peaceful and how I been here since 12 years and how wonderful the staff is too.

During my time here, I was going through a really tough period, dealing with the loss of my dad and leaving my job. When I requested to move out, I was asked to electronically sign a move-out date and agree to a term fee. I explained that I couldn’t afford the fee due to my circumstances, but despite that, I was still asked to pay it and move out. There was no communication further regarding the move out as I was unable to pay the term fee. Simple misunderstanding that shouldn’t result in me having to move out without much notice. I had a few maintainer order regarding plumbing that were never fixed. They’d be marked fixed and my plumbing still had issues. Pipes leaking, dishwasher never draining, and horrible smell.
