The apartment complex is clean and well maintained. Maintenance is responsive and does a good job when issues come up. The property has a nice deck area, and having a bus stop nearby is very convenient if you need public transportation. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live.

Everything is lovely, beautiful landscaping, abundant greenery, peaceful place to be. I like that the units are spacious, there's carpet and hardfloor, The walls aren't too white, theres lots of natural light and I never have had to worry about scary buggies like cockroaches. Staff is always responsive and kind. I enjoy the pool and the deck by the ocean and the many trees. Even butterflies feel safe here, I see them often c: . I researched very much before moving, and I'm so glad I picked the best of the best for me and my family.

My wife and I are happy to say that we have lived here for 2 1/2 years. The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. Another big plus, any maintenance requests we have are handled very quickly. We are very pleased to be a part of this apartment community.

I have lived here since Mid July and have had nothing but issues ever since. I have had to file over 12 maintenance requests for various mishaps including ant infestation, roaches, broken garbage disposal, stains on the ceiling, and worst of all: a huge leak in my living room ceiling in which rain water is pouring into my apartment. FOR OVER TWO WHOLE WEEKS there has been a gaping hole in my ceiling!!!!!! I filed maintenance requests with photos, called the front office, went into the office where the staff is least understanding. When it first happened my printer got all wet, my cat’s bed soiled, papers ruined, and my area rug got wet risking mildew (which the complex smells of). I wouldn’t be so upset about the poor infrastructure of the building and it’s leaking IF someone had done any

This complex lied to my daughter. They took our application fees then denied us after telling her they would accept us with our circumstance. $50 wasted and stolen. Do not trust this company
