Not enough speed bumps or posted speed limit. Speeders and dirt bikes everyday. People in outlying neighborhood take over pools. Abusive language, behavior and drugs as well as fighting. Garbage everywhere. Dumpsters are used by everyone in Jacksonville. Uneven sidewalks provide nice trip hazzards.
