I sold my house and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Ray was a "ray" of sunshine, honestly. He was kind, friendly, and explained everything in a simple, non-condescending way. He was chatting with us like we were old friends (super welcoming) and was talking to my 6 month old son and wife the whole time. Unprofessional, deceptive liars! Take your business elsewhere for your own good! The owner Ray Verbrugghe will take your hard earned proceeds for a spin and will not live up to the Real Estate agency professional integrity nor adhere to letters in the agreement. They held our real estate sale proceeds for multiple days with no real reason for not paying off our mortgage lender, costing us unwarranted extra mortgage interest for each day they withheld the fund. According to the agreement, they were suppose to send the balance of proceeds due to us via overnight mail regardless which day of week. They used UPS, Ray claimed UPS does not deliver on Saturday, funny thing is that there were checkbox right on the UPS shipping label for "Saturday" and "Overnight" delivery!? Suburban Philadelphia A
