I would never recommend Stultz to anybody, very unprofessional and poor customer service, I had them manage my rental property years ago, it was such a nightmare to me, they made a lot of mistake when manage my rent account, poor communication with my tenant, the property manager Tina does not do her job right, she replied to my email very slow, she even sent me the wrong information, anyway I’m glad I had already done with Stultz, I’m very happy with my current management company.

It's been an absolutely terrible situation with them running our apartments. When Diane was there she did a great job of running the apartments. But now the apartments are run by Christine Smith . Within the last year they have let four tenants go 5 months without paying and never contacted us or did anything about it. two of those people we weren't able to recoup any of the money. Christine runs the rentals and she is not easy to get along with or very approachable or nice. we had a tenant go on conscious and one of the other renters called Christine's number for 6 hours. She says that she or someone watches that line 24/7. Her excuse was she was at the gun range shooting and had headphones on.
