Studios on Spring

If you’re looking for a place to live temporarily or permanently this is the place to be! Best apartment I’ve ever lived in! Great community and even better people! It’s affordable and great for anyone just moving to the area.

I very much enjoyed my time at Studios on Spring. Mike and Terri are welcoming owners who run a very professional operation. The kitchen and laundry facilities are always operational and clean. The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of parking. I highly recommend Studios on Spring if you are seeking an apartment in the Greater Reading area.

I had a wonderful experience living here. Mike and Terri (the management team) are genuinely kind, approachable, and helpful people who go out of their way to make residents feel welcome and cared for. Any maintenance requests I made were handled quickly, and the shared spaces within the building were always well maintained. They were always easy to reach and quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern. If you are a respectful and responsible tenant who follows the guidelines of the shared spaces and cleans up after yourself, then you will have no issues. I am so glad that I chose to live at Studios on Spring, and I couldn't recommend it more highly for future residents!

It wasn’t a pleasant living experience for me. The atmosphere felt overly strict, and I never felt fully comfortable calling it home. While others may have had different experiences, mine was disappointing overall.

The owners are very responsive and attentive to all details. The location is fantastic- within minutes to West Reading, two major hospitals, and the highway- a perfect space for someone looking for beautifully updated, affordable, and convenient accommodations.
