Studio East Apartments

I used to live their for 5 years and the slumlord only cares about druggies and homeless people going in and out at all hours of the day and night. Not normal people who pay their rent every month. He doesn't care about anything. He acts like he does but it's all for show. I wouldn't want anyone to move their. Rent still not as cheap as it was before. Tried to raise only my rent once before. Units can range from $500 to maybe $575. He thinks we should pay that amount for a STUDIO APT, that are all the same size. He thinks some units are bigger when really that is not the case. Bud Hanggman is one of the worst people in the world and if he gets the chance he'll screw you over like he did to me and another tenant as well. Seriously lived there back in 1980, when some gal named Johnna was the manager. Lived there twice, in fact (first apartment while I was "young adult"). I think the rent was something like $150 and the utilities were paid. Johnna had two back-to-back units as her apartment. Maybe her dad owned them at the time or something. They were pretty slummy then. I can't imagine these have gotten better with age.

I put in an application months ago, Bud the owner took my money and never ran a backround check I've called many times and he says they are full Everytime. I work as a in home caregiver andi work at three Rivers . I see apartments coming open left and right and I call Everytime and BUD says the same thing. He would rather let crackheads live here so he can get his next fix . NEVER LIVE HERE!
