I’m sharing my personal experience living at the Studio Apartments in Holliday, owned by Nolan Clair Properties, so others can make an informed decision. I moved in May 1, 2025, and during my tenancy I observed conditions that raised concerns for me, including what appeared to be ongoing moisture around the back window near the dryer, discoloration under the upstairs bathroom sink, and flooring that bowed and lifted. I reported these concerns multiple times, and maintenance did respond, but in my opinion the repairs appeared temporary rather than addressing what I believed to be the underlying issues. Later in 2025, I personally noticed that when I spent extended time away from the apartment I felt better physically, and when I returned certain symptoms would return. I can’t determine th
