Studio 96 apartments

VERY BAD, this property deserves 0 stars. I rented here about 3 years ago and until this day i cannot believe on how bad of an experience I went through this company and apartment it was awful. First of all they demanded the deposit right away. They told me it was ready to move in, when I moved in i noticed the carpet was dirty and sticky, I told them the carpet was dirty and every time I was barefoot my feet felt disgusting and sticky I had a daughter and she would complaint about it too. Told them multiple times to change it but I was ignored they came to check it and said it was fine. I had to live with it. Then there came leakage on the ceiling there was like rain pouring in the ceiling called it in and they took about a week to show up and check it "fix it" and then paint it over it.

I wish I could give this no stars. The person who manages the apartments is rude and hangs up on you when you call and say your AC is out. Then when you call back threatens to call the police on you when you are just trying to find out what are they going to do to fix the AC and how soon someone will be out to fix it. I would never rent at this place. So future renters beware its been nothing but a headache to deal with.

I got a nasty case of bed bugs and roaches from the people in this complex years ago! It was horrific. I had to move.

The place and it's mgmnt there are a joke
