Worst place I have ever lived at. Facilities were terrible the ease of getting into the office throughout the week was hard as it was always locked and if you wanted to go you had to schedule at some obscure time during the week that a normal person wouldn’t be able to accommodate. I had sent in 3 separate maintenance request to fix a dryer. 1st time they came out and knocked on the door then marked it fixed. 2nd time they came out and cleaned out the lint trap. 3rd time they tested it by running it from the time they entered the apartment and left in 2 minutes. The guest bathroom had paint all over the floor like my 4 year old was painting. When I first got to the apartment about a 3rd of the drawers had to be fixed as they were broken or about to break. Carmen Hukel is an extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional individual. With all due respect, this is not spam or a hate message. Living here is generally pleasant, but Carmen makes it very difficult. Her customer service is terrible, and the way she treats residents is unacceptable. She is consistently slow when it comes to addressing tenants’ issues, yet very quick to create conflict and foster a tense, hostile atmosphere within the community. To those who supervise Carmen: please keep a close eye on her. She needs to start treating residents with basic respect. Her behavior feels out of control and should be addressed. Living here is quite enjoyable. It’s a hidden gem. Close to everything you could need. The nature preserves surrounding the area brings birds, squirrels and other wildlife. Neighbors are generally friendly! The maintenance team and front office always does their best to keep the community clean and up and running. (Thank you) Going on year three living here and wouldn’t change it for a thing.

The roaches should start paying a portion of the rent. Lived here for quite a while pest control has came maybe 3 times and they will charge you extra for “extensive treatment ” when the whole place is infested ! I’ve never seen so many roaches in my life! They will charge you a deep treatment for $150 which did absolutely nothing. (Pest control) is included in rent. Maintenance has come by to change air filters maybe 4 times in almost 3 years. It got to the point where I bought my own. Pet owners do not pick up after their dogs. Expect to see it everywhere. They painted over the sinks, the tubs, and nails in the wall which I found by scraping my arm on it.
