Street's Apartments

This was the best apartment location I had in WV. The landlord is amazing and will sit down and talk with you about anything. They will help you in any way that they can. As long as you are a great tenant you will have an amazing time here. I also loved that it is near restaurants and in a good central location for Morgantown. You can get to any where in Morgantown in 10 minutes or less. Definitely recommend these apartments. You also get a little storage unit with the apartment! Definitely a perk I never knew I needed till I had it.

Clean apartments (especially for Morgantown's standards), affordable, VERY nice landlord, great location (close to prt, grocery store, many gas stations, and food options), and will fix any reasonable issue you could have. Definitely recommend
