These apartments are horrible!!! They have roaches!! There is no where near enough parking and are forced to park in private parking across the street in witch you will be towed and the office just says sucks for you!! The office personnel is horrendous the big fat lady is a liar she will tell you anything to get you to sign a lease. While living there she will avoid helping you. When you leave she lies about the notice. First she said I had to give a written notice and I did, checked back in 30 days before leaving and she said oh no you have to fill out our forms. So I did. We paid all fees associated with breaking lease and leaving. 3 months later they sent me to collections for the last months rent which was the month I did not live there and had already paid my dues and fees. These apartments are amongst the worst in town cockroaches poor maintenance and other problems will hopefully keep more people away. They go far and above to make sure you do not receive your deposit and over charge you for things. The parking and towing contract that they have is close to criminal as they work together to make sure your cars get towed. There is not enough parking For the residents in their parking lots or on the street. Nothing has been done or will be done. Watch out

I am currently living here and the matience service sucks!!! I've been putting in work orders for months now and no one has yet to show up. DON'T MOVE HERE, especially if you have lil ones. This isn't a safe environment for them I have mold growing in my bathroom, my ceiling is damn near about fall and not to mention the bathroom tub faucet is still running very very hot water making the bathroom and the whole apartment unit hot. I posted a review about these apartments having a cockroach problem, shortly after I received a phone call from the apartment manager asking me to take it off because they are trying to fix the problem. I don't feel like she handled the issue correctly, by calling and telling me that because they have worked with me on excepting late payments and they have been trying to fix the problem, I should remove my complaint?! I just wish someone would have told me about this problem before I moved in. So according to the manager this is only a problem in a few apartments and they are trying to fix it. Bed bug, cockroach, mice infested apartment. They had a pipe leak and when I called they told me it wasn't an emergency. Mold everywhere because they dont handle water issues. They will raise your rent everytime your lease is up until you cant afford it. SLUM LORDS!!!!! LOOK OUT.
