Not so good new management they refuse to return my calls we had a fire in the plug as it was happening the person took there sweet time responding in the interim another apartment caught fire. Bad aluminum wiring fire hazard. Not retrofit up to date to keep you safe. Kitchen one plug old kitchen $1500a month for old worn out apartment. Feel like the carpenter ants are eating the second floor not to mention they charge community base water fee so you pay for the office the cleaning of vacant apartments and watering the lawn. This was my favorite apartment that I've viewed so far the garden style was dope for the most part. The reason for the single lonely start was the fact that there is an EVIDENT PEST PROBLEM. So when I got there that was one of the first things I asked about when I got there and the lady said no, certain units have them due to the tenants but when they leave we clear and clean it out....red flag but I went on the tour. The town home decent just small but that garden unit she showed me had the roaches crawling out of the wall, out of the carpet and on the floor in the entry way😱I mean big bigger roaches..🤢🤮 the other thing is the plumbing for the bedroom bathroom is IN THE ROOM...they cover it with a box but for the plumbing to be in the room, turn off. RENT WILL GO UP AND UP! Not worth the price. I just got my renewal letter and my base rent is going from 1,187 to 1,355 for a 2 bedroom. That is 160 extra a month on top of that I pay a small pet fee of 25, washer dryer 40, and an extremely expensive water/sewage bill that is never under 120 dollars a month. That takes my rent to a whopping 1,513 ( it Is actually 1,540.00), this is outrageous for an outdated apartment. The water bill is shared by all of the tenants it used to be reasonable but over the last years it has gotten out of hand. If you are late you will pay 200-300 to stay in your apartment.
