I recently moved into Symphony and couldn’t be happier with the level of service and care I’ve experienced in my first month here. From the very beginning, the team has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel at home. In particular, I want to recognize Michael A. from maintenance. He handled an issue in my apartment quickly, kept me updated the entire time, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was in perfect order. His professionalism and attention to detail really impressed me. I also want to highlight Rosanna, who helped me with a mail issue. I recently toured an apartment in this community with Chelsea and was very impressed. Chelsea was incredibly helpful and provided all the information I needed with a friendly demeanor. The amenities offered are fantastic, truly adding value to the living experience. Overall, the community feels welcoming and well-maintained. We’ve gone to the Strata Apartments a few times now and Samantha has been the best help when it comes to all of our questions and informing us on the differences and the amenities and the apartments themselves. She was such a lovely person and would definitely recommend anyone ask for her!!

I love my apartment and living downtown! Myl concern is the upkeep of the public spaces. We’ve been here for several years, and I’m kind of embarrassed to bring guests here. The carpets are disgusting and the paint in the hallways a mess. Also a bit concerned about the security in the lower level parking deck. Anyone can walk in without swiping a key. When I leave the elevators, I always hope no one is waiting in the lower level lobby because I’d have no where to go ….
