Strata Apartments

This is my second time renting an apartment and thanks to my experience at this place probably my LAST. Initially the property manager that was in charge in May 2024 Brenda Santamaria was super helpful, you could automatically tell that she was there to assist residents and help them feel like they've found an enjoyable , reliable community to call home. I do remember that any time I reached out, as small as my questions seemed to me, she wouldn't ever treat them as such, always replying in a timely manner and answering my every question, with detail and even asking and making sure I understood everything throughly. She would always get back to me when I would leave a voicemail requesting a call back. I'm sure half way through my lease management had a change because it was automatically

Strata is truly a beautiful community. Megan, my leasing agent was very helpful and friendly. As a leasing agent myself, I truly appreciate the hard work she put in to make sure all of my needs were met. Thank you Megan and strata community!

I had such a great experience on my tour with Kaiya! She was incredibly sweet from start to finish and made everyone feel welcome. Throughout the tour, she took the time to explain everything clearly and answered every question with patience and a smile. Her positive energy and thorough explanations made the whole experience so much better. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism—highly recommend taking a tour with Kaiya!

Our hot water hasn't worked properly in months. We were sent an email directly from strata that we would get free parking, so when I inquired about it, I never received a response. The office is very difficult to get ahold of. You're lucky if anyone answers the phones when you call. If we had the option to move out rather than renew our lease, we more than likely would've left a while ago.

Been living here for 3 years and they have not given me any offers upon renewal. Had I been within my time frame I would have move out to another complex that offered 2months free 1k off and $500 for working at the airport. After signing my least they offered 6 weeks free after I asked numerous time for some type of concessions but was told “NO”. I was also told my utilities were going to decreased but instead they have increased. There is nothing new here and the maintenance is not very good especially for the common area. Once my least is up I’m moving.
