I’ve had an amazing experience with Straight Up Reality! I recently moved into one of their units and couldn’t be happier. They were incredibly efficient and professional. Jackie communicated with me regularly and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate all of their help and support in making my transition go so smoothly!

This is our second time using straight up Realty for our home buying needs, specifically Mary Kay Cook. She helped find us our first home in 2020, and then helped us sell it a couple years later… well she did such a fantastic job that here we are buying again and we called her up. If you want someone who really cares, answers your millions of texts/calls/questions AND gets the job done for you… she’s the one to call. I couldn’t be more grateful for her and all her hard work, when it comes to the home buying and even selling process.

This company has their stuff together. They are very professional and organized. They truly look out for all parties involved. They don't just say it they actually do it. I've worked with other property management companies that make things difficult. Straight Up makes things easy. Highly recommend! I'm struggling with a shower issue!!!! Please help me!!!

Lived in Royal Oak for a year and a half. Community was solid. Other tenants were kind and respectful... not too noisy. The location is fantastic if you enjoy downtown Lakeland. Overall a fair rate for my experience. Straight Up was a really good management company. They communicated well. While I didn't have many issues, they small couple of issues I did have they took care of immediately. Kind staff all around.
