Horrible, nothing fixed, broken concrete, filthy, go into apartments at will, Nasty Manager, not a place I recommend. They intimidate and have their tenants afraid to say or do anything, for fear they will be asked to leave.

Nice property - well kept, with reasonable rents, income restrictions, nosy gossips, some pleasant neighbors, and reasonable security for the residents. I used to live there until I had to earn too much money just so I could meet expenses! One problem: due to government restrictions and subsidies, management inquires about your banking business and finances!

Office management, Cheryl, sucks! Office hours are posted, but when you try to seek assistance during those posted hours, no one is ever in the office. You're treated as if only her time is valuable. She should be fired as soon as yesterday!

Very safe and beautiful place! I have a family member who has lived there for years. She really enjoys all the activities, movies, bingo.

It's and ok place to live ' the property is well kept !
