Storyboard on Wisteria

Maintenance came on day 3 after the request was placed. The furnace filter was checked and yes I was aware that it was past the point of being replaced. So this was done and I am very appreciative of this. As far as the vent in my room though my room when I came home yesterday evening is still cool, with no heated air coming through the vent. So not sure what the issue is, but if it doesn’t get down to negative temperatures from now until spring I can live with it. Thanks

I must say that my stay here in storyboard has been awesome because I feel valued by the staff. There are easy to reach and they make it a point to follow up on my concerns. Thank you Cindy for you help. I appreciate it so much. Thank you for all the staff who makes my stay here wonderful. I was impressed with your staffing because they are kind and helpful whenever I call them. I am not feeling that I am just a tenant because they make me feel like family. The management are awesome. I have lived here at Storyboard Wisteria for 18 years. It has always felt like home. The tenants are friendly and I feel safe. I have told others of this community. There is a staff member who has helped me on several occasions. Her name is Vanessa. Any time I call and asked her for help, she has assisted me in a kind and cordial manner. I feel she is an asset to the company.

Cindy went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience! Cindy always answered our questions and concerns quickly, and always checking in on us through the process. She made me and my husband feel valued as tenants. Cindy was very patient whenever we asked questions and always so positive and helpful! I would recommend Cindy to anybody, she is amazing at her job! 🫶🏽

Hello Everyone, I just moved in two months ago and I’m very excited about living here. I’m thankful for the convenient parking and other amenities.
