Storyboard on Ramada

The pool in their pictures are great but really it hasn’t been opened in 3 years and their are really tall weeds and plants growing out of the ripped cover so if ur coming here for the pool to be a benefit I would think about something similar

As soon as this company changed from Tut and Tut Properties to Storyboard, their management has gone to trash. A pipe burst in an apartment in the floors above me well over a year ago. They have attempted to force me to move on multiple occasions, and have entered my apartment without my permission at least once. They lost the key to my apartment and I had to provide them with a new one, god forbid a pipe had burst in my own unit. They have yet to make any real effort to make any repairs on my unit, and they are essentially never available via phone. They charge as if they have the amenities presented on their website, but they do not. The pool has been filled with dirt and overgrown with vegetation for the entire 2.5 years I have lived their, and their "fitness center" is an old treadmill

The place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, quiet, safe, all the things. I’m leaving a 3 star because my experience has been absolutely terrible from the day I signed the lease. I wouldn’t say don’t rent/live with Storyboard because I don’t think they’re bad overall, this is just my personal experience. Whoever is answering the phones or responding to emails (if you’re lucky enough to get a response) is terrible. Several times I’ve reached out to management, no response. When I call, either no one answers the phone, I’m given incorrect information (or none at all) or I’m promised a call back that never happens. The only way I can get things resolved is by showing up in person (I’ve had to do so 3 times already within 2 months of living here) which I shouldn’t have to do. I won’t go into d

This place is great! They are quick to respond to emails & maintenance calls. I am giving it 4 stars because I was excited for a pool, but the pool is no longer in service.
