I wish that the carpet would have been replaced prior to me moving in. Sometimes it takes a few tries for things to be repaired when I submit a maintenance ticket. I also think rent goes up too much when the lease is renewed. Outside of that, I love the location and layout of my home.

Pros: extremely pleasant staff, quiet area, good insulation in townhouse units, decent prices Cons: FREQUENT power outages (sometimes for days) with zero compensation or recourse, maintenance takes ages to respond to requests

Don’t waste you time and money If I could give zero stars I would ! Everything was going great until maintenance showed up in my apartment unannounced did not knock or anything used his key and just walked in I called the office about the issue and they had no recollection of maintenance being in my home. Felt unsafe and broke my lease because of the situation was only living there for 4 months and was charged for carpet cleaning and other fees when the apartment was filthy with ants in the fridge when I moved in. Nicole is one of the managers and the assistants make it hard for you to get in contact with her back they know they do a terrible job !

Me and my fiance have had the best experience working with Cindy. She has been so kind and helpful with the whole moving in process. We couldn't be more thankful!
