Storyboard on Hayden

We have complained several times that the neighbor is smoking marijuana inside his apartment and the smell gets into our unit and they keep saying they will fix it and nothing happens. Not even the fact that is forbidden to smoke inside the units makes them do something about this.

Storyboard is a wonderful company that made it super easy to apply for our new home. They did an amazing job at communicating with us and making sure we had absolutely all the information we needed. We especially want to thank Vanessa for helping us the entire time and being so patient with us and making this the smoothest possible. Thank you storyboard living and I'm so excited for our new home!!!

The fees for the application were higher than I’d ever seen at an apartment complex, coming in at 200 for a refundable deposit and $400 non-refundable just to apply, but besides that the apartments are nicely taken care of and the service has been excellent. I worked with Nelly who could not have been more patient and quickly got me through a short notice move with very little problems.

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for all Storyboard's fantastic help! The team at Storyboard did an incredible job. I'm thrilled to report that the maintenance team recently fixed and repaired areas in the apartment complex at my apartment days before the recent storm. What a relief it was right on time. Application fee of 400 dollars…absolutely crazy. Our whole process has been honestly horrible. The apartment at first glance was great we loved it. We move in and it’s problem after problem. No maintenance was done before we moved in. It wasn’t cleaned properly. Our front door has an opening so big on the side that mice get through. I bring all of these problems up and still nothing gets done. Honestly don’t understand why you collect so much money from people to not even do anything with it when it come to maintenance and well being of a place that children live in.
