I lived here for almost two years and had an amazing experience overall. I have to admit that my first year was absolutely wonderful, but the second year brought some disappointments: - The elevator broke down more frequently. - There was no longer a 24/7 front desk. - The pool did not open. - There were no events organized for residents. Despite these issues, I still give it a rating of 4 stars because I really enjoy living here, and it provides me with what I need: - The walls are thick; I can hardly hear my neighbors unless they're having a party. - I love the high ceilings, and my AC/heater works great. - The water pressure is excellent. - I appreciate the front desk staff; everyone is so friendly and helpful! - The maintenance team is wonderful; they are always super helpful and fri

I vacated an apartment managed by this company after years in the building and had a deeply concerning move-out experience. Within days of moving out, management entered the unit and removed select personal items while leaving many others behind. Those items were later acknowledged as having been removed and then returned. The justification provided was an ambiguous phone conversation and “general practice,” despite no abandonment notice and despite the unit still containing belongings. I was then told I would be charged daily rent for February even though there was no February lease and no occupancy. While the situation was eventually addressed, it required extensive back-and-forth and felt unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone moving out of a unit ma

Not a terrible place to live….. but just beware! *The pool is RARELY open for the last few years!! *The gym is ALWAYS dirty and out of wipes *don’t be fooled by the “coffee” station. There has never been coffee lol. *The elevators break (the large one to move furniture to the upper level does not work at all, ever!) *trash chute breaks *heat and AC do not work! *There is no electricity on the roof top. *They will tell you they host events for the residents…. They do not! *Management is non-existent *half of the items in the game room don’t work (no ping pong balls, air hockey is broken) *Printers don’t work and WiFi in the common area doesn’t work *They have closed the rooftop on a beautiful, sunny days on the VERY FEW days the pool was actually open for a “private event” and PAYING RESIDE

This place has been amazing since I’ve moved here in December. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues (though there hasn’t been many). Michelle at the front desk is a ray of sunshine and is always helpful with my packages. The view from the roof is beyond gorgeous too!

I just moved in at the end of last year and so far my time here has been amazing! The loft spaces with tall ceilings is amazing if you’ve never lived in these types of units before. Just so spacious and the natural light you can get from the exterior units is phenomenal. There are a good assortment of amenities here from a spacious gym to a game room full of activities. My favorite are the ping pong table and pool table. However, there’s an issue with the ping pong table that I’ve addressed and management should on it soon hopefully! The rooftop has a breathtaking view and even a pool in the summertime! If you have a dog then this is the perfect apartment for you as they are very dog friendly.
