Let’s start with the initial lie of being told our house would be done around a particular time and with absolutely 0 communication we were waiting and waiting even lived in hotels for a month waiting for this process that stony brook can’t seem to get a grasp on. You mean you spent money on parts for a house you sold me that has numerous issues and that’s what upsets you? That’s cute. Two days after moving in and my son being asleep and daughter being in the shower their maintenance guy decides without a scheduled time or a heads up he was going to show up and use the spare key he still had to walk into my house without us knowing. The old clown that’s responding all triggered to this review and is the same guy whose response was- “ he kinda works on his own schedule” like dude you walked

I can't say enough about John Mc Call and our expierence with him. He has been excellent , and we apprciate all he has done for us. We are extremly happy with our new home . Some things are taking a little longer to get resolved, but we understand how busy things can get. All of the sub contractors have been friendly , courteous and knowledgeable. I highly reccommend Stonybrook Mobile Homes Sales .

We have to say. Just purchased a manufactured home from John McCall at Stonybrook Home Sales, from start to finished we had a great experience. The home is now set up and it just how we wanted it. The people at Stonybrook (all of them) from Lydia, Tyler, Dee, and even John himself was helpful and very professional. The other Saturday My Wife and I stopped by Stonybrook and met a young man named Tyler. We are currently looking to downsize within a few years and trying to get things in order. We Informed him that we were in beginning stages of finding a home and he let us tour the models on the sales lot. From the minute we stepped into the building Tyler made us feel welcomed and answered all of our questions. He explained the different brands of homes that Stonybrook offers. Their High End Pine Grove homes are gorgeous! We started our day coming from Gettysburg with the intention of stopping at Stonybrook and some of the other retailers in our area. Everyone at Stonybrook homes is amazing. Purchased my new home 1 1/2 yrs ago. From the sales team, thru the sales process, to closing and any issues since, they have been there and extremely helpful! As with any new home, there will be things that need taken care of and whether it was warranty or to have a piece of siding tacked back up they were there to help.
