The sales dept is nice…. Until you buy a home.. we’ve had so many issue after placement and they pacify you to get you to out of warranty.. The shingles kept blowing off. They kept coming out, putting them back on and they said oh it doesn’t matter when it’s out of warranty we’ll still cover it. The day the warranty was over is the day they turned to jerks .. less than 2 years we had to put a brand new roof on ..This is the last place I’d buy from they do not stand behind their houses..

Has anyone experienced a long wait for them to start the build. I mean I paid weeks ago like over a month ago and still waiting for them to even begin to build. I was told not even permitts. This has cost me spending thousands for hotels and my money is running out and soon I'll be sleeping In my truck with my 2 little dogs.I call leave messages with no return calls.I am 68 and never thought on my lwildess dreams that I could be homeless. I paid them in full weeks ago and still didn't start building. I explained to them because of how long this is taken I'm now homeless. Still nothing and still no call back.

Wonderful and friendly sales team. Homes for all budgets. If your shopping for manufactured housing this is the place.

Me and my gf went this afternoon and took a tour of some model homes and they were so nice and some were amazing ...
