Stony Point Apartments

I enjoy living at Stony Point Apart. The office and maintenance staff are polite and give great attention to your concerns. The property is clean and pleasing to the eye. The area is very peaceful. And is in the middle of of everything. Walls are thin and it can sometimes feel and if you can hear everything that your neighbors do inside of their apartment. You will have to play hopscotch with geese droppings every now and then, however the pros definitely outweigh the cons in my opinion. I just hope that the prices do not continue to increase yearly. The cost of living is repulsive enough as it is.

I’ve lived here almost a year and here’s what I think so far: The maintenance team is awesome. They go above and beyond and respond really quickly. Travis came to fix something the other day and noticed our door was sticking and fixed it on the spot. In the winter, this team is out salting and shoveling snow and are altogether the best maintenance team I’ve ever encountered. The grounds are beautiful. I love walking my dog around the lake. It’s very quiet and we have a lot of privacy. The pool deck is also very beautiful and nice. I do wish they would connect the sidewalks so that you could walk easily through the whole complex. Right now, each chunk of sidewalk only extends a few yards. This means that I see a lot of young families walking on the road with strollers, which doesn’t feel

Stony Point Apartments are fantastic!! Sarah and the staff were professional, proficient and prompt in assisting my family in relocating from another state. The location, facilities and community are ideal and so very comfortable. Thanks. Sarah !!

Office staff are nice. Maintenance is really good. Apartment Gallery's not good. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

My recent maintenance request, non emergency, was handled the same day as requested. I have always had excellent service from the maintenance crew. Also, the apartment management does a terrific job on safety issues. We have had entryways power washed, dryer vents cleaned, pest control, smoke alarms changed, furnace filters changed, checks for water leaks. I have no complaints about the staff - they have all been great to me.
