Stony on Van Dyke Apartments

I’ve enjoyed living here since 3/2025. Erika made move in very smooth and has always, always responded to me very timely and respectfully. She listened to any concerns I had and stayed on top of it until things were resolved. Maintenence works hard and Matt is amazing. He will show up every single time and fix the issue. My apartment was renovated when I moved in and has all new appliances. The only issue I had was when we had a storm and our A/C stopped working but it was replaced as soon as they could. I won’t be renewing my lease only because I need more space for my family. I’m sad to leave because I love all of my building neighbors. Everyone is respectful and super nice. My experience here was really great!

Hurry and Fill out your application! Hands down a nice beautiful community. Nice new appliances, warm cozy modern look. Spacious apartments. The neighbors are kind. Property kept clean and the Property Manager Erika is thee best shes patient, kind, respectful and extremely helpful with the process of making this your home. Stony on VanDyke will not disappoint. Also has a nice clean pool open during Summer Season with nice picnic area thats lovely. I have not seen any rodents or bugs. Make this your new residence!

Feel very very bad The cool & the heat can not fix two month, now the weather very cold we have two small kid, a little Promise , one week, two week,…. The water fix every month Made wrong lease we paid more money,

We’ve lived here a month now and have loved it! They have new management now, so my maintenance requests have always gotten taken care of within a few days. Apartments are a bit small but great for what you pay for. All brand new appliances, windows, and flooring too.

Rob k: I reviewed my recent ratings. Looks like I passed out more 5 stars than you cared to admit. And the likes of me upgraded to being a home owner when I moved out last year so I don’t have to deal with trashy apartments like this place ever again! But you can keep renting sweetheart I am sure paying over $2,000 a month in rent instead of a mortgage is right up your credit rating alley! But update this place did give me my full refund of my security deposit so that is worth saying. I also documented everything they put me through with photo proof so court probably wasn’t going to be in their best interest. Beware of this place!
