Stony Brook Village Apartments

I had a very bad experience at this place and I advised everyone to avoid that place because is very dangerous and the management is most likely going to play with people time and energy. 2 months ago I was searching for a apartment and I decided to call they office. I talk to an insensitive and sneaky woman named Rose who encourage me to do an application. After submitting my application for my mom and myself , she happily call us back to continue the process because we meet all the requirements. We brought everything she told us the was necessary: paystub, credit score, bank account number ( checking and savings) , job number (my boss and HR phone number) , social security, taxes documents, driver license passports….. she verified everything and even call everyone , and to do all of tha

I have a good experience with the management. The people are very nice.

The new manager Bianca is so rude, she doesn’t know how to talk to people and blame everything on someone Else instead of doing her job. A lot of people been complaining about her already.

They did good, but they were supposed to come back for another issue, I even called the office, they never showed up

The building is under new management and it is horrible the manager (BIANCA) is rude and disrespectful in so many ways it snowed on 1/20/25 no salt on steps and a woman and her children fell down the steps the washers never works
