Do not Rent here! Poor Management, Please check Elmundo New on this property before renting . Darlene Johnson the Property Manager / Vice President currently owes Contractor money for non payment of their work, and also employees she favors certain tenants . BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE this lady needs to be removed from the board, I've called city of Boston, AGO, HUD federal ,and RAFT DHCD for fraud ! This lady has no Sympathy. She had me quite my job with no intention of keeping me, I worked for 2 weeks with broken promises I've been out of work for 2 months, she will manipulate you. talks bad about about the latino that current reside at the property tries to evict them she she can put her own people !!! This Lady is evil !!
THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE HERE!!! racism plays a very big role here. Racism against Latinos. This place will find a way to rob money from you and play fraud. DO NOT RENT HERE!
