Stonington Farm Apartments

I lived here for 2 years and couldn’t say enough positive things. Hannah in the leasing office is kind, reliable, and makes your time there amazing. The maintenance guy, Matt drives around on a golf cart and gives treats to all the doggies. My dogs loved him! All the apartments are clean and safe. The kind of place you can have your package outside for days and no one will touch it. If there was ever a maintenance issue they would get it fixed ASAP! The sidewalks are always plowed and iced in the winter and the lawns are always kept nice in the summer. The amenities are also great. I absolutely loved living here. Not to mention you are located in the beautiful Doylestown and are close to everything while also tucked away in a calm, beautiful, community.

While Hannah is nice (Hi Hannah), everything else is subpar for an apartment complex with a Doylestown price tag. Let’s start with our move in: I went to the apartment and scrubbed top to bottom. Our (newly installed) carpet was cut so short in one room that a 1.5” piece was glued down between the door and larger piece of carpet. It wasn’t properly adhered and needed to be fixed. We scheduled that for 12:15. At noon we were five minutes away and receive a call that the carpet guys arrived early. We said we were almost there. Evidently not good enough- Maintenance crawled through an unlocked window to let them in. As if that wasn’t inappropriate enough, one of the carpet installers was using our bathroom when we arrived (and not to urinate). I hadn’t stocked that bathroom (we had a 2 bathr

I’ve been living at Stonington Farm Apartments for 3 years now. I love this place. The location is perfect, the grounds are always beautifully maintained, the management is awesome. Hannah always addresses any concerns right away and is a super nice person. The maintenance guys are great and friendly. We love the pool in the summer! I wish they had townhouses I would probably never leave. The day when we have to move will be a very sad one!

Stonington Farms was a great experience for my family. My daughters resided there while attending college locally. The neighbors were all very nice and it was a community atmosphere where I felt they were safe. They enjoyed the amenities such as the gym and pool during the summer months. Hannah was very supportive with any needs or questions that arose. Maintenance staff were quick to respond and resolve any issues. Overall, I would recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet, safe, family type atmosphere close to Doylestown downtown areas and amenities as well as Delaware Valley University.
