Stoney Run Condo

I waited until I purchased a condo SOMEPLACE ELSE before posting this review. There was a condo for sale at Stoney Run earlier this year that I wanted to check out. I went over to check out the outside areas of where the condo was before calling the realtor and I did NOT call the realtor. This place is not well maintained at all. The condo siding needs washed, the landscaping is lame at best and there was garbage on the ground. Also, I wanted to check out the wooded view for the condo I was interested in and there were raccoons hanging out. The most disgusting part is while I sat in my car waiting for the raccoons to leave, I saw a raccoon go to a second floor condo and go INSIDE. I tried to find a number for Stoney Runs management to let them know, and couldn't find a number. That told me

HOA has head in sand...Nonexistent. Needed a home fast was told this is a great zip code. Not. Irresponsible pet owners not picking up waste. Loud music and speeding cars. Grounds are shabby and buildings are decaying. If your retirement age looking for peace go elsewhere.

So they don’t have a pool, which is what we were really sold on. Fitness room is low level cardio equipment. Kinda disappointed since it’s up there for monthly rent.

I absolutely love it here. Quiet, peaceful and close to shopping, restaurants, downtown etc….

They repair nothing!!!! HVAC OUT FOR TWO YEARS OR MORE 2207.....
