Good location. I can see great view every day. Quiet and peaceful. Apartment is cozy and pretty. 2-car garage is very useful. Apartment manager Sashka is very nice. She quickly help about maintenance.

Would not recommend. Yes the apartments look nice and are spacious, but maintenance only gets back with you only if you chase them constantly, even then they barely help. There’s people speeding down the small roads constantly thinking it’s a race track and to top it off, Sashka is HORRIBLE. She will be nice to you when you’re renting but God forbid you want to move out ON LEASE TERMS, she will give you hell. She also does not show up for the final walkthroughs when you go through hell to even get out of the lease and finally she will do everything in her power to not return the security deposit and not because there is anything wrong with the unit, but she tries to find non existing clauses in the lease or she tries to ghost you.

The apartment is spacious and features modern updated interiors that enhance both comfort and style. My experience here has been very positive, with minimal maintenance issues, all of which were promptly resolved. The community is quiet and well maintained, making it a pleasant desirable place to live. Highly recommend.

Good idea, very poorly constructed. The people are even worse. Small kids, even babies run around barefoot unattended. It’s practically a nice trailer park with trailer park activities going on nonstop at all hours of the day and the rent is crazy expensive. You’d expect better quality for the amount you pay but these are the same owners of Crystal Lake in Shelby Township. They look very nice but I assure you they are not worth the money. 2 stars because they look nice but looks are VERY deceiving. Would NOT recommend unless you want to pay top dollar to risk hitting a trailer park baby running across the street at literally any time of day or night UNATTENDED. Lived here for 2 years and it is a nightmare, anytime we have issues in the apartment no one answers the phone or texts messages. Today we’ve been without air conditioning for 3 days it’s over 85° In our apartment and we have a baby. The way they built these apartments was so fast with so many things wrong. Our grave leaks water every time it rains, we had(still have it) mold in the garage and they just painted over it last summer. Never fixed the leaking. All door framed cracked and broke over the winter they never fixed those either. We can’t open our patio door because the carpet is to high and when opening patio door the carpet rips up. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT RENT HERE! Worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex
