Stoney Brook Apartments

So just want to say I absolutely love living here. Leasing agent Cody Walker is the best! Always attentive to my needs, always professional and gets the job done with his broad knowledge of the property and the rental process! If there is ever an issue with maintenance requests or whatever he is on it! The grounds are kept clean and the staff is always pleasant! Way to go Stoney Brook!

I've lived at Stoney Brook for over 6 years, and I've so enjoyed living here; it's quiet and safe. Office personel are all very nice, and are great to work with. Maintenance is always done promptly. My only concern is my water bill. For 6 years my water was $20 +/- each month. They changed who bills our water and for the last 6 months my bill has increased monthly to almost $100. If that isn't bad enough, the new billing company charges a monthly $5.00 service fee for EMAILING the bill. I've asked and cannot get a reason for the increase.

Been living here going on 4 years and please don't rent here!!!!!!!! If you want your rent to go up every year with no upgrades during the year , dirty sidewalks, nasty neighbors, management changing constantly,neighbors who don't clean up after there animals, unexpected changes in prices with no notification to prepare financially!! They lie and say it's the current market rate when we signed our lease we were told your rent would decrease or stay the same . It keeps going up we can't wait to move they only care about money and getting over on there tenants!! They changed our water bill system now we pay more . After 4 years we paid 65.00 for cable , internet, and pest control that we have never used!! It's going up to100.00 no warning or anything. We see so many people leave its a in

I have lived in 3 different apartments. Only the newer ones are even worth your time, But they are more than a mortgage to live there. $1400 for a 2 bedroom. Now they switched water companies and my bill Doubled. I used to pay $58 a month water and sewage. now it is between $120 to $140. They are ripping us off and making us pay for any water leaks. If the complex has a water leak it gets divided between the residents. They take a reading off the main meter at the front of the complex and use an "algorithm" to split it up by number of people on the Lease and number of rooms. So the people with more people in the apartment than are on the lease are getting a discount on what they use and the people that don't are paying double. Stay away!

Trevor was a great help. We moved in without any problems, He made the move in process alot more comfortable than my previous experiences at other complexes. He was very thorough with what we needed. Stoneybrook is quiet, Just what we wanted.
