Stonewood Townhomes

Debbe is the sweetest lady!! She is so Helpful and kind, She helped my fiancé and I find our 2 bed 1.5 bathroom apartment. I can’t remember the maintenance men’s names but they’re the best and are always on call when you need them, we met them first day we moved in.. Neighborhood is nice, neighbors are nice too. It is a very homie feeling, so far two months in, we feel like we found a really good area to build our family!! It is perfect for us.

Family of 4 here with multiple leases signed. Debbie and Dana are the front office staff, always working diagently with a smile. EZ is the maintenance man for your needs. Anytime we need anything maintenance related he is knowledgeable with excess experience. Is any place perfect to live? No. That being said no issues here, all great 👍 & our family will continue to be here thanks to the Stonewood Townhomes staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This will be our family of 4's third year here in a 2bed/1.5 townhome and we love it! Debbe and Tiffany are so nice and attentive and the maintenance men are the best!

Rented a 1 bedroom through 2024. These are slightly older buildings but my unit was pretty well maintained considering. Maintenance was prompt and quickly resolved my issues. Had no problems with the office staff and they were always polite. The area was rather quiet and had no problems with any of the neighbors. The only real source of noise was from a train track road crossing about a mile down the road to the east. I was on the west side of the property and was not bothered too much by it. Eventually I stopped noticing it, but it was there. The one thing that bothers me now though is their pet policy requires you to sign up with a third party agency to track and approve of your pets. At the time I rented I did not have any pets but since then I have 2 cats and looking up the service lea

My husband, children, and I lived at Stonewood for 1 year. The office staff (Debbe & Dana) were always so helpful, nice, and personable. Their maintenance coordinator EZ really works hard to keep all the apartments in working order. Whenever we had a service need it was taken care of very quickly, without any question or inconvenience. The complex itself was quiet and friendly. We had many great connections with the other tenants. Unfortunately we moved away to another state, but I would highly recommend Stonewood Townhomes! The rental prices are definitely within budget and the units are nice and updated. (and only 1 mile from the beach!)
